Arnica High-Potency Recovery Cream
Arnica montana at four times the standard concentration, cold-processed to preserve potency, built into a barrier cream for every skin tone. Small batch, American made, made for all six Fitzpatrick types — because post-procedure recovery should not be one-size-fits-all.
Phase 1 · Immediate Recovery (0–72 hours). The formula Rejuvalis was built to make, for the window that decides how a procedure looks two weeks later.
Most aftercare advice ends at the word ice. What actually happens in the first three days after injectables, laser, microneedling, a peel or surgery is that the skin barrier is briefly stripped of the lipids that hold water in, and any bruising that is going to form is forming now — not on the day you first notice it. That is the window this cream was written for.
Arnica montana at four times the standard concentration
Most arnica products carry a token amount, heat-extracted, at a level chosen for the label rather than the skin. This runs at four times standard concentration and is cold-processed so the extract survives intact, then built into a barrier cream rather than an alcohol gel — because freshly treated skin cannot tolerate alcohol.
Barrier-first, not active-first
Ceramide NP replaces one of the three structural lipids your barrier is built from. Centella asiatica and bisabolol settle the flush that follows needle and laser work. Panthenol and allantoin keep a compromised barrier from feeling raw between applications. Nothing here exfoliates, resurfaces or brightens — this is the week to do none of those things.
Written for all six Fitzpatrick types
A bruise reads vividly on Type I and clears relatively cleanly. On Types IV to VI it can be harder to see, while the mark it leaves behind outlasts it by weeks, because pigment-prone skin answers inflammation with pigment. That changes when you should start, not what you should use. The guidance on this page is written for every type at the same level of detail.
How to use
Apply a thin layer to the affected area two to three times daily, beginning as soon as your provider clears topical application. Pat until absorbed — do not massage, and do not apply to broken or weeping skin. Continue through the acute window and for as long as visible discolouration remains.
Non-comedogenic. Fragrance-free. Cruelty-free. Small batch, numbered, made in the USA.
Rejuvalis Arnica High-Potency Recovery Cream is a cosmetic. It is intended to support the visible appearance of the skin and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not a wound-care product. For external use only. Do not apply to broken skin, incisions or open wounds. Patch test before first use and discontinue if irritation occurs. Not evaluated for use during pregnancy or nursing without physician guidance. Individual results vary.
For your skin
Guidance for all six Fitzpatrick types.
Fair skin shows bruising most vividly — start arnica care as soon as your clinician clears it.
Excellent match
Bruises bloom fast on fair skin; consistent application supports the fade.
Excellent match
Applied consistently, arnica care supports the look of faster bruise resolution.
Excellent match
On olive skin, bruise aftermath can leave a shadow — early, gentle care helps it pass cleanly.
Excellent match
Bruise-site discoloration lingers longer on Type V — gentle daily arnica care supports an even fade.
Excellent match
For Type VI, post-bruise marks can outstay the bruise — consistent care from day one helps the site clear evenly.

The most-studied botanical for bruising — held at four times the usual strength.
We don't cite a paper about an ingredient and then hedge on our own product. So here is the honest — and strong — version: the peer-reviewed clinical research is on arnica montana itself, in mainstream aesthetic-medicine journals, and it points one way. The results track with concentration. Token amounts underperform; higher-concentration topical arnica is where the evidence is strongest. That is precisely why this is built at four times the standard concentration and cold-processed to keep the extract intact.
The studies above are peer-reviewed research on arnica montana as an ingredient, not on this specific product. Rejuvalis products are cosmetics; nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and claims describe the appearance of skin. Individual results vary.
Concentrations disclosed. Conflicts named.
Actives listed at the concentration in this bottle, what each one is doing, and — the part nobody in this category publishes — what not to layer it with. If something already in your routine fights this, we would rather you knew before you bought it than after your skin told you.
Role. The reason this formula exists.
Mechanism. Four times the concentration found in a standard arnica cream, held at that potency by a cold-processed extraction that avoids the heat degradation most commercial extracts suffer. It is the ingredient clinicians have used on bruise sites for a century; the difference here is how much of it survives to the bottle.
Role. Calming agent.
Mechanism. The active fraction of chamomile, isolated. Visibly settles the flush that follows needle and laser work.
Role. Barrier support.
Mechanism. Cica — the most-studied botanical in post-procedure care, used across Korean clinical aftercare for exactly this window.
Role. Structural lipid.
Mechanism. A procedure temporarily strips the barrier of the lipids that hold water in. This replaces one of the three it is built from, which is why the skin feels cushioned rather than tight.
Role. Comfort and hydration.
Mechanism. The pair that keeps a compromised barrier from feeling raw between applications.

Filter by who wrote it, not by star rating.
A five-star review from skin nothing like yours is decoration. Every review here carries the reviewer's skin type, primary concern, age band, Fitzpatrick type and how long they had been using it when they wrote — so you can read only the people whose skin actually resembles yours.
This product has not been reviewed. We would rather show you an empty section than a seeded one — no incentivised sentiment, no staff reviews presented as customers, no filtering out the unflattering ones. The first review here will be from someone who bought it.
We publish every review we receive, positive or negative, and we never remove one for being unfavourable. We do not pay for reviews and we never condition a discount or a gift on what the review says. Employees and anyone connected to Rejuvalis are labelled as such. "Verified purchase" means the review is tied to a real order in our system. Reviewer attributes are self-reported at the time of writing.
The questions we would ask.
Including the one nobody in this category answers honestly: which of our own products you should buy instead, if this is not the right one for your skin.
